Fair Housing Case Law
The Fair Housing Clinic at the Howard University School of Law will always provides the public with the latest developments in case law in regards to fair housing and related topics.
We will always attempt to update our database of cases and will attempt to demonstrate changes in the law in state court cases, all federal circuits, the U.S. Supreme Court and, if possible, administrative cases when available as quickly as we are able.
