Law Reviews and other Commentary

Since the passage of the Fair Housing Act of 1968, its amendments in 1988, and well before these laws were even considered, numerous scholars, lawyers, writers, and intellectuals, have written about the laws and the actions that affect all of our lives in regards to equal housing. The Fair Housing Clinic would not be doing its duty nor would we be fulfilling the mission of the law school if it did not compile many of the interesting discussions and rhetorical developments over the years in the field of housing. Our clinic, at all times, is here to serve the public and to fulfill the mission and goals of the program that is represents — the Fair Housing Initiatives Program at the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Attorneys, advocates, and the general public require access quickly to information on various subjects. Our clinic is here to provide the guidance and the road map on various issues.
