Adrienne DeCuire

Fair Housing Fellow

Adrienne DeCuire joined the staff of Howard University School of law as the Fair Housing Fellow in October 2006. Ms. DeCuire received her J.D. from Howard University School of Law in May of 2006 and her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Washington in August of 2003.

Ms. DeCuire was admitted to practice in the State of Maryland in December of 2006.

During her legal education Ms. DeCuire had the opportunity to work on housing issues at both the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. and the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia. She also was one of the first members of the Howard University Fair Housing Clinic while a student at the School of Law. Ms. DeCuire is specifically interested in Predatory Lending and its effect on Racial Minorities in both the DC Metropolitan Area and minority communities across the nation.
